CHLOROPHYLL.
Chlorophyll shows an overall increase in concentration throughout the day. At 08:30 Chlorophyll concentration was at its lowest (0.154 µmol/L). This increased for the next hour however at 10:00 concentration decreased to 0.221 µmol/L, this could possibly be due to the lack of photosynthetic active radiation due to there being 100% cloud cover. At 11:00 Chlorophyll concentration peaks at 1.6 µmol/L, at this point cloud cover had reduced resulting in a higher amount of PAR. After the peak there is a visible decrease in chlorophyll concentration.
