Please click on one of the three icons below to explore more about each survey and our initial findings.
A survey onboard RV Callista out past the Plymouth breakwater to investigate the vertical and horizontal structure of the offshore water column.
A survey carried out by two vessels - the Falcon Spirit and Winnie the Pooh - as well as a pontoon of a fixed location to investigate spatial variation of the water column in different locations of the estuary as well as temporal changes with changing tidal state.
A side scan sonar and video survey of the benthic habitat surrounding the coast onboard the vessel Xplorer to determine seabed structure, substrate type and the associated biological community. Accompanied by a day mapping the terrestrial rocky shore landscape.
