CTD rosette 5
- Seabird SBE19V2plus CTD measures conductivity, temperature, and pressure at 4 scans/sec (4 Hz) and provides real-time data
- Rosette has additional instruments mounted to measure PAR, turbidity, chlorophyll and light transmittance
- SBE32 water sampling carousel to house Niskin bottles which can be triggered to close from the dry lab at determined depths

- YSI 600 QS-O-M probe with 650 MDS display
- Serial number 04E9440 (used for the upper Tamar estuary)
- Serial number 03H1735 AA (used for the lower Tamar Estuary)
- Used to monitor salinity and choose intervals for sampling

- Measures nitrate, nitrite and phosphate
