Between the 22nd and the 30th of June 2015, a group of nine undergraduate students of oceanography and marine biology from the University of Southampton collected data in the Fal Estuary (Figure 1.1) and surrounding coastal waters.
The physical, chemical and biological properties of the water column were sampled to gain a better understanding of the key aspects of the Fal estuarine and Falmouth coastal systems. This website describes the data collected and the interpretations made by the students of Group 6.
