Two waters, both alike in fluidity,
In fair Falmouth, where we lay our scene,
From density change, to new salinity,
Where pollution makes mussel farms unclean.
From forth the great depths of these two foes,
Many a plankton will spend their spring blooms,
To defeat the current that overthrows,
Do what they will, a tidal front still looms.
