History of previous drafts

The original of version of the draft was made available on 13th July 2000. New versions of some chapters were made available on 22nd July. Most of the changes were small except for one figure in section 11.4

The "Final" versions of all Chapters were made available on 1st September 2000.

After 1st September a few minor errors were corrected (involving page layout, headers, and a few page numbers in the contents list) and corrected files were made available on 12th September 2000. If you downloaded the report between 1st September and 12th September you can obtain the changed pages here.
