Professor George Wolff, University of Liverpool is the Chair of the User Consultation Panel.

He is supported by 4 science discipline representatives and a number of technical representatives.

Each science discipline representative for Marine Physics, Chemistry, Geology & Geophysics and Biology will be required to produce a document outlining the requirements of the replacement vessel to conduct their science discipline. The requirement documents should include the identification of accepted facilities plus a forward look to future requirements.
