Applied research
UNCLOS: Specialists in developing extended legal continental shelf areas under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
GEBCO: G&G hosts the position of GEBCO (GEneral Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans) Bathymetric Editor and International Liaison. The GEBCO goal is to produce a continuously updated global digital bathymetry for use by scientists, educational establishments, policy makers and the general public.
